Getting The “Right” Shipping Container – The First Time
Buying a shipping container is an investment. We want to help you get it right the first time!
Step 1 – Use
Think carefully about what you will be using your shipping container for.
In many locations, we offer modifications from installing easy-access roll-up doors, to standard “man” doors, to cutting out holes for an A/C unit for containers that require climate control.
Step 2 – Condition
Now that you have your idea in mind – whether you need your conex container for storage, international shipping, or to modify and create something awesome (like a container barn!) – you are ready to shop!
Check out our Container Rating System for our 5-star rating system (with photos) to learn about the different conditions that you can purchase a shipping container in.
Step 3 – Size
What size do you need?
If you’re considering a container for storage, and you have extra space, you may want to look at a 40’ shipping container unit as opposed to a 20’ shipping container.
Forty-foot shipping containers, are in most cases, only priced a bit more than a 20 ft shipping container.
